Install DC from installation media

If you ever need to install a Domain Controller without replicating all changes during the dcpromo process you can install from media. You simply do the following:

1. Create media using ntdsutil (NTDSUTIL ifm)
2. Move the files to the server 
3. Run dcpromo on the server (choose advanced) and point to the files created
