Setup a new PC for a friend

I have setup a laptop for a friend who is mainly using the PC at school (university), social web and music/movies. So this is what I recommend for installation:

• Windows 7 (x64)
• Install Microsoft Security Essentials
• Setup automatic patching of the computer (every day)
• Adobe Reader
• Microsoft Office 2010
• WinRAR
• Configure Power settings to be more optimal than default settings
• Install an online backup software (crashplan.com is a good choice)
• Install Java
• Install web integrated applications (Flash, Adobe Air, Silverligt)
• Install PDF Creator (PDF Creator homepage)
• Install software for phone management (if needed)
